During an active incident, this page is updated within 30 minutes of detection alongside an email to the registered billing contact for affected accounts.
What our commitments are
- Cloud-tier uptime SLA: 99.5% per calendar month.
- On-prem-tier uptime SLA: 99% per calendar month (customer-managed infrastructure).
- Incident notification: within 30 minutes of detection, posted here and emailed to affected accounts.
- Restoration target: P1 incidents within 4 hours, P2 within 24 hours.
